Planner Projects using the Jade Scrappery Kits!

My Jade kits arrived yesterday and I had to get started immediately on my first project with my new kits! As usual, I worked on some projects for my Traveler's Notebook! Lots of covers and a folder to store my stickers and notes using the gorgeous papers included in this months kit, A mix of Cocoa Vanilla, Kaisercraft and Simple Stories.

As usual, I love to pick a bold graphic paper for my first project, a slip-on cover for my Hobonichi Techo planner! I fold over a small edge on the top and bottom of the paper to fit the size of the journal then on the left and right sides of the paper I fold over flaps into which the front and back covers of the journals fit snuggly into. These flaps also make great little pockets to store a few printouts of some challenges I am working on. I used a gorgeous piece of Cocoa Vanilla Free Spirit paper from the main scrapbooking kit (TSK) for the cover and some of the Free Spirit cut outs for decorations. I added the gorgeous gold foil numbers found in the Pretty Little Kit (PLK) and the wreath cutout is from the Free Spirit set. I added a few white pearls from the Bits and Pieces Kit (BPK).

My next project is a notebook cover using a gorgeous soft orange chevron paper from Simple Stories Posh collection in the TSK. The butterfly is a cut out from the Hello Lovely cut out sheet from Cocoa Vanilla and the title is from the Free Spirit cut out sheet from Cocoa Vanilla both found in the PLK. I added some pearls from the BPK.

I am just loving the colors and the chevrons in these kits!!! Here is the folder that I made for this month. I took the gorgeous Cocoa Vanilla Free Spirit chevron paper from the TSK and added a cut out from the Free Spirit cutout paper in the PLK. The words and arrows were also from this sheet and I popped them up on foam tape for some dimension.  The pink Kaisercraft rhinestones are from the TSK.

For my final project I made a quick and simple dashboard using the Kaisercraft gold glitter polka dot paper from the TSK and a journal card from the Cocoa Vanilla Free Spirit cut out sheet in the PLK.

I really had a lot of fun doing this planner spread using only the Cocoa Vanilla Free Spirit chevron paper and cut out sheet. I added hearts, words and arrows from the cut apart sheet and I think it looks super cute and is ready to be filled out for the week!!

I absolutely love to use each kit for planning, scrapbooking, Project Life, cards and more!! I have lots of projects coming up for this month and I hope that you will come back to visit!!

If you are interested in checking out the Jade Kits they can be found in the Scrappery Store!!!

Weeks 47 & 48 Project Life Spread - Lydia

Happy Sunday everyone, Lydia back today to share my first Project Life style layout using the brand new 'Jade' kits I use the PLK and a mix of the other kits. Unfortunately I didn't have a project last week due to having a school assignment due but I am back and I am very excited because the brand new January kits arrived at my door during the week.

I am excited to share my first Project Lie spread here on The Scrappery blog as I almost have a whole year to catch up on.

Here is the whole spread. I love all the colours which are in these kits.

Here is the left side of the spread.

And the right side of the spread.

I loved using the Cocoa Vanilla cut apart sheets which came in the PLK. Since this was my first time receiving the PLK I knew I wanted to share a Project Life spread with it because how could I not with all those gorgeous colours. Ronelle does an amazing shop coordinating and designing all the kits.

So here are a few close ups of the little embellishment clusters I did around the spread.

Oh I am in love with those KaiserCraft florals and sequins together, you will be seeing that a lot this month.

And this weeks spread actually included me receiving my first DT package as part of The Scrappery CT.

So I hope you all enjoyed my first Project Life spread and my first creation using the brand new January 'Jade' kits.

Have a wonderful week, Lydia xxx.

Home Decor Projects using the Nigella Kits by Cathi

I have used up just about every piece of paper and so many embellishments from the Nigella kit, but I still have one set of projects to share with you, some home decor wreaths!!!

My first home decor heart wreath is a large one with a smaller heart in the center. I love how this turned out!! I used the gorgeous crochet doilies from the main Scrappery Kit. On top of the doily I added a journaling card, some rolled roses using the kit papers and a die cut butterfly.

In this close up you can see the huge butterfly I die cut using the papers and the clear rhinestones from the Bits & Pieces Kit.

I use the gorgeous KaiserMist in Turquoise along with some Antique Gold from the Color Kit are what I used to antique and color the white ribbon I had for this project, I love the aged, antiqued look this ribbon has now!

My second heart wreath is a smaller one, again with a gorgeous misted ribbon, doily, journaling card and die cuts!

Here again I have used the crochet doily from the Bits & Pieces Kit and you can see the gorgeous ribbon colored with the Kaisercraft Mists from the Color Kit.

For my final close up you can see my rolled roses made with paper from the Scrappery Kit Moonstruck papers and the Clear rhinestones from the Bits & Pieces Kit. I have also blinged up the butterfly as well with clear rhinestones!

I hope you like my final Nigella projects, I really got a lot of projects done with this kit and still have one paper and some embellishments left!! You can find the kits and subscriptions HERE in the store!

Planner Spread with Lisa

Hi there Scrappy Peeps
Lisa here today with a share using the Nigella kits.

I've made a Planner spread for you in my Erin Condren planner.

This year is the first time I've used an Erin Condren planner. I love the layout. The only thing I don't like is that the pages aren't removable.
I find when I use a Planner it helps keep me more organised & have some structure.
Do you use a planner? Which planner is your fave? Id love to know.

I used all the washi that came in the kits to use as borders on my spread.
I cut pieces of patterned paper to fill some boxes. I've used some rub ons, puffy stickers & bling.

Here are some close ups...

Do you use your kits for more than just traditional Scrapbook pages? I love that these kits are so versatile!

Make sure you pop over to the website to see all the items in the shop.

Have a great day!

Happy Mail: Cards and Tags Sets with Nigella Kit

Cathi here back this week to share a lot of cards and tags with you! The Nigella kits goes on forever and I still have more left after four sets of projects!  I love to make cards so I have made a set of three here to share with you today.

This first card uses the gorgeous watercolor and script paper for a base again like last week's layout. I added a wonky sewn border, a doily from the main kit, some more fussy cut flowers from the gorgeous floral paper, a journaling card, fussy cut butterfly and some clear rhinestones.

My next two cards feature the gorgeous die cut paper from the TSK. I cut out this panel and added it to the gorgeous teal patterned paper base. I then added the Dream Big sentiment from a journaling card, the floral puffy stcker, a cork sticker and some teal rhinestones to finish it off.

My final card uses the soft pink patterned paper and a simple "Wander More" sentiment on a puffy sticker, a few butterfly cork stickers and some teal rhinestones.

Here is a pocket letter that I have done using both the Cute and Sweet Designs Dori Box and the Scrappery Kit Club kits! I have used the fun journaling cards from the Reset Girl included in the Dori Box for all my corner pockets, I love the retro style in them! The rest of the pockets include paper from the Nigella kits.  Again, I have used the rub ons, puffy stickers and rub ons from the Pink Paislee Moonstruck collection included in the kits to embellish my pockets, along with some teal rhinestones included. On the top of the pocket letter there are two cute planner clips included from the Dori Box and I have decorated the punched area again with a strip of scrapbook paper.

The most fun part of a pocket letter are the goodies that are included on the back!! I have included some pieces from my Scrappery and Cute and Sweet Designs boxes, washi samples, tabs, sequins and page flags along with the planner clips to share with a future penpal!

I decided to add a set of tags to this weeks projects. I am really starting to love swaps and penpal happy mail! I am also going to work on a pocket letter using both the Scrappery Kit and the fun journaling cards from the Cute and Sweet Dori Kit. If anyone is up for some happy mail exchanges let me know!!!

I hope you enjoyed having a look at my cards and tags! These kits from the Scrappery can be used for so many things! I have used them in my planner, done layouts, Project Life spreads, cards, tags, pocket letters, and next week I have two home decor projects to share!!! They are great value and last forever!!  You can subscribe to the kits in the store HERE.

So Lovely 12x12 Layout with Lisa

Hi there, Lisa here today to share a layout I have made with the gorgeous "Nigella" kits

I had been saving this piece of Coral Feather patterned paper from Pink Paislee "Moonstruck" that was in the kit. I really didn't want to cut it up at all!
I created this page in my mind one night when lying in bed...do you ever do that?

So I am still so in love with white on white, so even though I decided to use the coral paper I wanted to keep it very clean & simple.

I cut lengths of the coral paper 12 inches wide but on the diagonal starting at approx 1inch in width, varying the cuts for the layers.
I then punched white cardstock with a border punch & layered them until I was happy with the look.

I die cut some leaves using white cardstock to use as embellishments & maintain the white on white.

I also added some rub ons & bling to balance it all out.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you've enjoyed my share.
You can check out our kits in the shop.

Lisa  XO

"Love" Card - Lydia

Good morning beautiful people, Lydia back today to share a card with you as I am on the last leg of my December "Nigella" kits. That can only mean one thing, new kits will be sent soon!!

Now this card is perfect to go with a sweet Valentines present or just as a normal card. I love how versatile these kits are for many occasions.

This was a very simple card using very little paper, a piece of a doily, puffy stickers and washi tape.

I added this left over piece of doily to add a delicate feel to the card. I also added a few of the beautiful puffy stickers from the "Moonstruck" collection.

I finished the layout off with a few of the KaiserCraft Rhinestones.

I hope you all enjoyed with cute and simple card and I will be back next week to share another creation hopefully with the new kits.

NIgella Kit: Dream Layout and Project Life Spread by Cathi

Hello again! Cathi back again with another layout and Project Life spread this week! I think this is my favorite way to add pages to my album. A layout, which gives me more artistic freedom and a Project Life spread which gives me a chance to add a lot more photos and some journaling too.  Again I am using the gorgeous Nigella kit and all the beautiful Pink Paislee Moonstruck papers and embellishments included!

This weeks layout is a cleaner layout with no mixed media. I used the gorgeous watercolor and script paper from the collection for my base page and used lots of scraps of other papers from the collection as layers underneath my photo. I fussy cut some of the gorgeous florals as well and tucked them under the photo.

In this first close up you can see the butterfly I fussy cut from the journal cards. I glued down the center and folded up the wings for a bit of dimension.  I added a gold paper clip from the Pretty Little Pieces collection in the main Scrappery Kit (TSK).  I have added the puffy sticker that says "full hearts", a piece of a flag cork sticker, some Kaisercraft rhinestones and star rub ons.

I used the gorgeous "dream" cork sticker for my title and added the "shine bright" puffy sticker on my photo and added in a few more rhinestones here.

In this final closeup you can see the washi sticker I added under the title, more star rub ons and rhinestones and a gorgeous butterfly puffy sticker.

For my Project Life spread this week I added some more photos of Aine and her ballet BFF, they have been through a lot together on this journey! I love using a strip of the scrapbook paper on the edge to add a nice visual touch and to reinforce the hole punched areas!

For my top pocket I added photos of Aine and her friend in different roles they had over the years. Alice and the White Rabbit. Nanny and Maid. I added the puffy "keepsakes" sticker on one of the photos. I used a soft pink paper from the Moonstruck collection for the card, added the doily and star rubons, the cork sticker and washi sticker and finished it off with some journaling.

For the centre section I added a journal card from the 6x6 papers in the collection, a doily from the Pretty Little Pieces set and some rhinestones. On the photo on the right I added a "blossom and bloom" puffy sticker, more washi stickers and rhinestones.

To finish off the pocket page my final section is a 4x6 photo. I have simply added a washi sticker, a cork feather and star sticker and a few more rhinestones to tie everything together.  I really like how the layout and Project Life spread turned out and I am glad you stopped by!

Don't forget that you can find all the kits in the shop HERE.  Come join us and show us what you make!!!
