In the Wild Layout by Cathi

Hello scrappy friends!! Cathi back again! I am back again this week with another layout. My daughter looks a little different in this one than the last layout! She performed in a Halloween parade here in Ireland and they had amazing bird costumes! I used the watercolor, soft blue Wild and Free paper found in the main Scrapbooking Kit (TSK) for the base of this layout.

The "wild" die cut is included in the TSK. I used the Dina Wakely Blushing Acrylic Paint included in the Color Kit (TCK) to color in the die cut.  The "in the" came from the cardstock stickers found in the TSK, along with the Wild Child flair and the feather ephemera.  The arrow and beautiful chipboard stickers are from the Bits and Pieces Kit (BPK).

In this photo you can see more of the ephemera: flowers, leaves and feathers from the TSK. The cardstock sticker tab "brilliant is from the Pretty Little Kit (PLK). The chipboard heart is from the BPK.

I tucked in some of the "Abundant" polk dot paper under the photo here in this photo and added some vellum ephemera from the BPK, along with lots of ephemera pieces from the TSK.

Lots of layering and a clean and simple layout this week! I hope you like it!  I hope that you will come and have a look at the kits and consider subscribing!!  You can find the subscriptions HERE.

"Good Fun" Scrapbook Layout with Lisa

Hi there
Lisa here today to share a 12x12 Scrapbook Layout - using the divine VIOLET kits.
This layout I thought it would be fun to focus on geometric shapes to construct the layout.

The photo is of my close family friends having fun at the beach. I love that even though the "Bohemian Dream' collection is quite bright & full of gorgeous florals it can still really compliment a beach photo.

I cut all the triangles by hand using a pencil & ruler. I layered all the pieces on card stock background slightly larger to emphasise.
I used the sweet floral wreath stamp in the kit to stamp a light background image on the white alpha chipboard word stickers. I used the Tim Holtz distress marker that we got on the kit to 'ink' up the stamp!

Some close ups...

I hope you have enjoyed my share today - make sure you check out the kits & all the goodies in our shop.

Have a great day!

Dream Big: Another Card Set Using the Violet Kits

Hello my crafty friends! Cathi back again!! I have a second set of cards to share with you today using the gorgeous Violet Kits featuring the Bohemian Dream collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studio.  There is always so much in the kits, they are really bursting with papers and embellishments, making cards and layouts full of amazing detail.

For my first card I used the beautiful Flower Child paper from the main Scrapbooking Kit (TSK) for my base. I took a cut apart image from the Boho Bits sheet in the Pretty Little Kit (PLK) and layered it on top of the base. I've added the heart flair, as well as the sentiment and flower ephemera from the TSK,  The chipboard butterfly sticker and the gold bling are from the Bits and Pieces Kit (BPK). To finish the card I added a stitched border around the card.

My second card uses the very arty Abstract paper from the TSK for its base.   I added tons of the chipboard stickers from the BPK and the butterfly ephemera and heart stickers are from the TSK. I finished this card off with the stitched border as well.

I love making cards with my kits, as well as the planner goodies and layouts, so many different projects, and I still have a lot of my kit left for more!  I hope that you will come and have a look at the kits and consider subscribing!!  You can find the subscriptions HERE.

Dream BIG - Lydia

Hi Scrappery fans, Lydia back finally to share a layout using the beautiful Violet Kits. It' been a while since I was here on the blog due to a crazy few months finishing Grade 11 at school, but I am now back and ready for 8 full weeks of creating and sharing.

Today's layout I am sharing features the stunning 'Bohemian Dream' collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studio which is in the Violet Kits. I love this collection which has a lot of purple which is hard to find in scrapbooking collections.

Here is my layout featuring a dream catcher.

I absolutely love how this turned out and I have to say it is one of my favourite layouts.

For this title I used the pink Thickers that came in the kits and the gorgeous Cocoa Vanilla Studio chipboard pieces for the word 'BIG'.

I layered a few of the floral pieces which can be found in the ephemera pack to place around the dream catcher which is made out of layered patterned paper from the collection as well as those beautiful and delicate doilies which are found in the kits.

I did some fringing to make some feathers to fall off the dream catcher using some of the beautiful patterned paper from Cocoa Vanilla.

Again I have to say this is one of my favourite layouts that I have done and I can't wait to create some more with these kits.
I'll be back really soon with another project.

You Were Born to Shine Layout with Cathi featuring the Violet Kits

Hello scrappy friends!! Cathi back again!  This week I have a layout featuring my eldest daughter, who won't stop growing up!!  This layout features a photo of my daughter at the latest, Halloween, disco (hence the tiara, she was a queen lololol!)  I just love the Violet Kits and the gorgeous Cocoa Vanilla Studios Bohemian Dream collection I used to make this layout.  I love the watercolor look of my base page, Dreamer, found in the main Scrapbooking Kit (TSK).

I took a cutout quote from the Bohemian Bits paper found in the Pretty Little Kit (PLK). I layered it on top of the photos of my daughter up on foam tape.  Here you can see the doily from the TSK that I layered under the photos.  I have used both the paper and vellum ephemera around the photo. The paper ephemera is from the TSK and the vellum ephemera can be found in the Bits and Pieces Kit (BPK). The twine and sequin is from the Pretty Little Pieces in the BPK and the heart and dot puffy stickers can be found in the TSK.

In this close up you can see the flair button butterfly that is in the TSK.  The purple paint is from Kaisercraft and can be found in the Colour Kit (TCK) along with the Distress Crayon in Pistachio that I added a little cross in the background.  The happy snaps sticker is from the cardstock stickers from the Bohemian Dream collection in the BPK.

In this photo you can see more of the cardstock word stickers from the BPK, along with the diamante embellishment found in the Pretty Little Pieces in the TSK. I think it tones in perfectly with the tiara in the photo!

So many layers and details in the layout, I've added more paint and ephemera here.

I just love how much you can work with in these kits, it makes every layout or project just look full of detail! I hope that you will come and have a look at the kits and consider subscribing!!  You can find the subscriptions HERE.

Project Life page with Lisa using the VIOLET kits

Hi there
Lisa here today to share a Project Life page - I have created using the VIOLET kits.

This week I definetly didnt shy away from the gorgeous soft pastels & florals in this collection.
So many choices in the Cocoa Vanilla "Bohemian Dream" collection.

This layout is of my gorgeous dog "Pepper" I was creating in my craft room & she whinged until I got her a chair to sit next to me! Yes, it's true. So I had to capture the moment.

The chipboard stickers along with pink alpha that came in the kits were perfect for my title. how gorgeous is that heart paper! Oh My!

These kits have so many gorgeous ephemera pieces - which makes putting a page together so easy.
A simple drawn outline with a pen helps bring all the elements together.

I layered some doilies from the kit to give it almost a look of being an envelope.

Oh those florals, layering them & adding them in clusters is one of my favourite things to do.

Well that's about it for today's share. I hope showing how I have used these kits - shows just how easy it is to out a Project Life spread together.

Thanks for stopping by.

"Wild" Card Set using the Violet Kits

Hello my crafty friends! Cathi back again!!  This week I have a set of cards using the gorgeous Violet Kits.  I love all the elements included in the kits, as I have so many options for layering when I make my cards.  I just love the gorgeous images and colors in the Bohemian Dream line from Cocoa Vanilla Studio that is featured in the Violet kits.

My first card I chose the Flower Child paper from the Bohemian Dream collection found in the main scrapbooking kit (TSK). I added a stitched border in white around the paper for a nice detail.  I then added a chipboard frame to the card from the Bits and Pieces Kit (BPK)  On top of the frame I added the butterfly and the Stay a little bit Wild cutouts from the Bohemian Bits paper in the Pretty Little Kit (PLK).  I added the flower ephemera from the TSK as well as the flair. For my final touch for the card I added some pink bling from the TSK as well!

This is my favorite card this week, I just love that little bird!!  I used the Abstract paper from the TSK as my base and then used the bird image cut out form the Bohemian Bits paper in the PLK. I added a stitched frame around both of them for a nice detail and to tie them together with the other card in the set!  The "cherish" die cut I've added in a layer over the bird image which was raised on foam tape. Both the flower ephemera and the cherish die cut are from the TSK.  I finished off the card with some gold bling from the BPK.

I love to make cards with our kits as they are full of gorgeous papers and embellishments to make so many gorgeous and detailed cards!  Next week I will be doing a layout with the kits, so you can do so many types of projects!  I hope that you will come and have a look at the kits and consider subscribing!!  You can find the subscriptions HERE.

"Remember This" 12X12 Scrapbooking Layout with Lisa

Hi there
Lisa here today to share a 12x12 layout using the Stunning "Violet" kits.
These kits are jam packed with Cocoa Vanilla Studios - "Bohemian Dream" which is very possibly my most fave collection yet from CVS.

My main focus of this layout other than of course attempting to compliment the photo was to use mainly the blue tones from the collection.
I LOVE all the pastels & the florals but really wanted to challenge myself & concentrate on the blues.

So here is my layout...

I kept it pretty simple, but I think it looks really effective & still really focuses on the photo.
Lots of layers which help create interest & softness.

This cluster with the sweet bird, leaves & feathers is my favourite's so cute!

The word stickers in the collection are white, which you can absolutely still use white ....but are fantastic to alter to suit your layout/theme.
I used the Tim Holtz distress marker that came in the kit. I coloured the words in - then sprayed lightly with water & used a baby wipe to draw out some colour & give them a mottled look.
Once they were dry I splatted some Gold Colour Shine on them.

Some beautiful chipboard & sparkly bling.

Lots of layers, using co-ordinating papers, doily, word stickers & labels.

Thanks so much for stopping by I would love to see what you've created with our kits or this collection. Make sure you tag us on Facebook or Instagram.
If you'd like to check out our kits for purchase you can find them here.

Planner Goodies with the Violet Kit!

Hello my friends! Cathi back again!! I am so excited to be back sharing my projects for the newest kit from the Scrappery, the Violet kits!  Australian Post lost my last kit in transit and it has been an age since I have created with the kits and I am excited!!  This week I decided to decorate my planner with the gorgeous Bohemian Dream collection! I make lots of notebook covers, dashboards, folders and a weekly bullet journal spread.

When I decorate my planner, I always make a slipcover for my Hobonichi planner! I love that it protects my planner and looks absolutely gorgeous at the same time.  I've used the Dream Big cutout from the Boho Bits paper in the Pretty Little Kit (PLK) Project Life kit, two of the gorgeous birds from the Bits and Pieces Kit (BPK) and the text stickers from the PLK. The cover paper itself is the gorgeous floral Abundant paper from the main Scrapbooking Kit (TSK). The text stickers and the navy bling were also from the PLK.

I always like to make a folder for my traveler's notebook when I change my decor. I chose the bright and cheery Gypsy Heart paper from the TSK to make mine this month. I added some layers using a 4x6 paper and the gorgeous dreamcatcher cutout from the PLK. The chipboard hearts and gold bling are from the BPK. The text stickers are again from the PLK.

I have two dashboards that I use to cover inserts and I switch out the covers in them each time. For this one I used the fun navy polka dot Abundant paper from the TSK and added the cutout quote from the Boho Bits paper in the PLK and some of the ephemera and heart stickers in the TSK.

I love the quote on this one. I used the Flower Child paper from the TSK, a chipboard sticker from the BPK and the heart and dot stickers and feather ephemera from the TSK.

I always do a weekly bullet journal spread and this week I have used my gorgeous paper, stickers and ephemera for my spread.  My date flags are using the Dreamer paper from the TSK, I just punched them out and glued them in!  I used lots of stickers from the PLK and the butterfly ephemera from the TSK.

I hope you like the projects I have made for this week! These kits are so full of goodness and can work with so many different types of projects! I hope that you will come and have a look at the kits and consider subscribing!!  You can find the subscriptions HERE.

"Chasing Dreams" Gift Set - Lydia

Good morning, I hope you ae enjoying your weekend and are able to get some creative time in before the week ahead. Well today I have a quick and simple little project I made using the gorgeous 'Blair' kits. I have already told yo all how much I love these kits.

So here is my project. Just a simple card and a tag. This would be perfect to finish off a gift with a because card and tag. These colours just call for my attention with the touch of gold also.

This is a simple by pretty card I made using some scrap pieces of paper. I added one of those beautiful gold puffy stickers, some of the chipboard Thickers, enamel dots from my stash and some ink splatters also to finish the card off.
Here are some close ups of the card.

Now the tag I love! Again I used some scrap pieces of paper that are included in the kits, some chipboard Thickers again and some more of the beautiful Maggie Holmes puffy stickers. And nothing is finished without some enamel dots that are from my stash.

Here are some close ups.
I hope this little project I have created this week has inspired you to make just a little something even if it is just a card or a simple tag.

Hope you all have a wonderful week ahead.
